Piazza in the Village in Colleyville, TX is a fantastic venue for both the bride and groom as well as the Colleyville Wedding Photographer. One of the best in the Dallas area. Kate and Owen had their wedding here earlier this year and it was beautiful. We started at the Terrace Retreat Salon in the Hilton at Southlake Town Square for some Southlake Wedding Photography. Kate and her bridesmaids got their hair and makeup done here.
I know Kate from her sister Sarah in elementary school. We grew up in an enormous school district. I was honored to be her colleyville wedding photographer.

Naturally Kate was getting teary eyed with all the excitement and emotion from her Colleyville Wedding. I made sure to capture some photography of the moment. I love this picture, as she’s smiling and you can just see the genuine joy on her face. One of her bridesmaids is touching up makeup and removing tears.
Colleyville Wedding Photographer Jonny also captured the guys getting ready. I won’t post a ton, because we all know we care more about the bride, but Owen was great to work, a nice down to earth guy. Here he is helping one of his groomsman with his tie.

They had a beautiful wedding reception which made for great Colleyville wedding photography. Check out the ice sculpture and the cake. The R is for their last name, and the cake, just wow!
They had a photo booth set up outside the reception area. Here’s a few guest before they went to get their picture taken.
Onto the dancing! One of the joys of being a Colleyville wedding photographer to being able to just enjoy myself and others having fun. I love to capture the emotions and excitement of faces on the dance floor.

One of my favorite photos to take is the macro ring shot. I have a special lens and flash just for it. Their rings were really cool so they made for nice images.
Next was the bouquet toss followed by the garter toss. They actually released them from a balcony overlooking a breezeway area.
Last a bubble exit to finish off the Colleyville wedding photography day.
