You might remember Christine and Andrew from the post-wedding / trash the dress shoot I posted a little while back. Well, here’s the photos from their wedding. They had a very pretty wedding. Christine got her hair and make done at Daireds Salon in Fairview, TX. (near Allen / Plano / Mckinney).
We then made our way to Woodcreek Church in Richardson, TX where they had their ceremony.
All the guys wore matching converse shoes. Andrew, the groom, had pink laces.
Andrew and Christine are a unique and creative couple. They built this art piece and had a ceremonial welding together. Tying a knot is neat, but this was a really cool take on joining of two. The welding took place a couple weeks before the wedding, which was probably for the best seeing as how much hair spraying took place at the salon :). This thing is huge. For scale, you can see the metal bouquet in the middle. The next photo shows the bouquet in Christine’s hands.
The reception followed at the McKinney Cotton Mill. With their appreciation for rustic, metal and vintage, the wedding venue converted Cotton Mill provided a gorgeous setting with the perfect about of elegance.
I enjoyed photographing their wedding, and their post-wedding photo shoot.
